Tailored to the type of organization you work for, this session discusses how you can help align your members, committees, booster organizations, and boards to create a safer and more effective working environment. Depending on the depth of challenges your organization currently faces, you may want to add additional sessions. This session can cover any or all of the following: • How effective leadership builds stronger teams and communities. • Strategies for developing a unified vision and plans for implementation. • Outreach efforts in your community. • If applicable, effectiveness considerations on how your organization incorporates or wishes to incorporate an inclusive and SAFE Zone environment. • If applicable, diverse programming.
